What is a Casino?
A casino is a place where people can try their luck at games of chance. The state is also home to a number of popular gambling destinations, including Las Vegas and Atlantic City. Many other states have legalized casino gambling, though only a few have built large casinos.
Gambling has a tendency to attract cheaters and thieves, and casinos have a variety of security measures to prevent these problems. Some of these measures are technological, such as cameras that monitor every table and window in the building. Other security measures involve rules of conduct and behavior. For example, in casino poker, players must keep their cards visible at all times.
